You are like a Bud about to Flower, you Re-Create your Life

Spring is a wonderful time of year to start your journey to Transform your Soul and Re-Create your Life. I have a Clematis vine planted on the side of my house. Every year as the earth warms, I watch for the buds to appear, grow to full size, and open to beautiful purple flowers.

This year as I watched this unfolding, it reminded me of the transformation that occurs with the Transformational Journaling for Healing Souls TM system. First, you are like a bud tightly closed and protecting yourself from the elements. As you start to grow, you reveal just a part of yourself. The longer you are on your journey, the more you connect with the beauty of your real self. Finally, you open up completely to be the beautiful flower you were meant to be.

Become a beautiful flower in full bloom. Be sure to take your free assessment to find out where you are on your path to Transform your Soul and Re-Create your Life. Just go to http://www.yoursoultransformed.com.

I look forward to guiding you along the path to a choice-filled life.

Peace and beauty,

Up and Down, Up and Down

Hello from Colorado, the Up and Down state,

Colorado is known for its' mountains.
However, I live on the down part of Colorado--the plains.
That's one of the up and down situations in my life.
Lately, our Colorado weather--
warm during the day requiring air conditioning,
and cool at night requiring heat reminded me
of the healing process.

Healing from child abuse, addictions, or
dysfunctional families is
an up and down experience.
We go up when we discover a hurtful
family pattern we no longer need.
We go down when it seems like
healing takes forever.

Transformational Journaling helps us
keep moving forward with our healing.
We can look back in our journals to see
where we were a month or more ago.
We know there are ups and downs and this is
just one of those times before we move forward.
Over time, the ups are more a part of our lives
and the downs seem to shrink in size.

Sometimes it is good to pause and look where you came from.
Review your Transformational Journal to see
how you are having more ups than downs.

TJ Tip--I reviewed my Transformational Journal and
saw I am making progress in my healing in the following areas:
