5 Reasons WhyTransformational Journaling:

Five Reasons Why I Recommend Transformational Journaling

Have you ever kept running thoughts over and over in your head? Maybe they keep you awake at night. A former client complained about this in one of our groups. I suggested he write down what was running through his brain so it would be on paper the next morning when he woke up. He reported this worked for him and he was able to get back to sleep. In the morning, he was able to make choices about what he wanted to do in regards to the issue keeping him awake.

5 Reasons I recommend Transformational Journaling for the healing process.

1) Transformational Journaling moves constantly rehashed thoughts out of your head and onto paper. This creates a release of the overload or overwhelm you are experiencing to get past being burdened by the inability to resolve the current problem. It allows you to see a way to the solution.

2) Transformational Journaling ties your thoughts (beliefs), behaviors (actions), and feelings (emotions) together so you can assess the reality of what is happening in your life. This helps with the next reason.

3) Transformational Journaling develops clarity for where you are living your life around a specific issue.

4) When you use Transformational Journaling to move thoughts out of your head, it creates the mental space to decide what you want to do differently in the future with regard to that issue.

5) Transformational Journaling creates a record of growth and change you can review to see what you have done to Transform your Soul and Re-Create your Life.
